My approach

Every therapeutic relationship is unique. Rather than following a fixed formula, I tailor therapy to each person's needs, always at a pace that feels safe and collaborative.

I believe that our struggles rarely appear out of nowhere. Often, they are connected to past experiences, relationships, and ways of protecting ourselves that once made sense, but may no longer serve us.

My work is grounded in Psychodynamic and Relational Therapy. Together, we create a space where a genuine therapeutic relationship can develop, allowing us to become curious about what your symptoms or emotional struggles may be expressing, rather than seeing them simply as problems to eliminate. As experiences begin to find words and meaning within this relationship, new possibilities for understanding and change can gradually emerge.
